Areas of service: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe County in the state of Florida.

Services provided: In-home care, behavior therapy, lomg term care, and support services tailored to the individual needs of clients.

Positions/Jobs Available or Needed:
Registered Nurses (RNs):

We provide skilled nursing care, medication management, and medical support to clients with special needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively. Monitor clients’ health conditions and provide necessary interventions as needed.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):

Assist with basic nursing care tasks such as medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs under the supervision of RNs.
Provide personal care and support to clients with activities of daily living.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.

Behavior Therapists/Technicians:

Implement behavior therapy interventions and strategies to support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement behavior support plans.
Document client progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Administrative Staff:

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and client intake.
Coordinate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth delivery of services.
